Biosketch
Christina Munson assumed the duties as the Curriculum Development Officer in December 2009. Christina received her Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from the University of New Mexico. She has taught chemistry in high school and at the college level for many years. She was previously the coordinator of assessment for the school of pharmacy at the University of Kansas (KU). She will be finishing her Ph.D. in Chemistry from KU in the spring of 2010.
Christina’s husband, Eric, currently a professor in pharmaceutical chemistry at KU, will be joining the Pharmaceutical Sciences Department at UK in May as the Patrick Deluca Endowed Chair in Pharmaceutical Development. Christina and her husband have 3 children, Ben, 17, Max, 13, and Lizzie, 10.
